We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of the Ikigai Journal Pro Plan. If you are not satisfied with our performance journaling and analytics platform, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@ikigaijournal.dev. Please include your account email address and a brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund. This helps us improve our product and services.
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5–7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

No refunds will be issued for requests made after the 14-day window has expired. Downgrading your account before the end of a billing cycle does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remainder of that cycle.
